Following the appointment and re-designation of Ms Jeanette Chang as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Dr Benety Chang will relinquish his role as Chief Executive Officer and remain as Executive Director of the Company.

Dr Chang has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of CH Offshore Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, with effect from 1 September 2018.
