Corrigendum to the Announcement on COMMENCEMENT OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT PROCESS
The Board would like to clarify that the date of application by the Company under Section 210(1) of the Companies Act to the Court to seek, amongst others, leave to convene a Scheme meeting is 10 November 2020.
