Mr Gavin Mark McIntyre ("Mr McIntyre") has decided to resign as an Independent Director of the Company due to personal reasons arising from increased family commitment to attend to close family member's medical care.

Mr McIntyre was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company since 23 November 2021 and re-designated as Lead Independent Director from 30 April 2024.

After having interviewed with Mr McIntyre and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there is no other material reason for the cessation of Mr McIntyre as a Lead Independent Director of the Company.
