The Company wishes to clarify that the previous disclosure of direct interest of the substantial shareholder, Sampoerna Forestry Limited, arising from the subscription of rights shares should have been 5,562,019,045 shares and the consideration amount paid was $16,686,057.14 pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company. Please see attached the replacement of Form 3 originally attached to the Initial Announcement and the relevant corrections which are rectified in this announcement.
