Notes Due 2027 and (iii) S$50,000,000 4.15 Per Cent. Notes Due 2027 (the "Existing Notes") pursuant to the S$5,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme of Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd. (the "Issuer"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Frasers Property Limited, inviting the noteholders to offer to sell to the Issuer any or all outstanding Existing Notes held by them.
