Dr Wong will retire as Managing Director of the Company and will also step down as a Director with effect from 27 April 2026 at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Board would like to record their appreciation to Dr Wong for his services rendered to the Group over more than 33 years.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the retirement of Dr Wong as the Managing Director of the Company.
