Mr. Loke Wai Ming ("Mr. Loke") has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 30 September 2026 as he needed to devote substantial time and resources to attend to personal matters. The Board has mutually agreed with Mr. Loke that his resignation will take effect from 30 September 2026. Please refer to the Company's announcement released on 30 September 2026 for more details on the Nominating Committee's consideration towards Mr. Loke's cessation.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, RHB Bank Berhad, after having interviewed Mr. Loke and to the best of its knowledge, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Loke as an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
