Ms Toh Chiew Khim ("Ms Toh") tendered her resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

The Company's Sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited, after having interviewed Ms Toh, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there is no other material reason for the cessation of Ms Toh as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms Toh and there are no disagreements between Ms Toh and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
