NOTICE OF REPAYMENT
Kuala Lumpur, 25 October 2018

Repayment of S$600,000,000 Exchangeable Trust Certificates due 2018 exchangeable into ordinary shares of IHH Healthcare Berhad ( IHH ) ("IHH Shares") issued by Indah Capital Ltd. ("Indah") (the Certificates )

The full aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Certificates and all other outstanding amounts in relation thereto has been repaid by the Issuer on 24 October 2018 (being the Scheduled Dissolution Date of the Certificates) and the Certificates will accordingly be cancelled and the associated trust will be dissolved thereafter. This announcement serves as a notification to the Certificateholders that the Scheduled Dissolution Amount has been paid to the paying agent on the 23 October 2018 in order to allow the paying agent to repay all amounts due to Certificateholders on their Scheduled Dissolution Date of 24 October 2018.

All capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Certificates.

As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the Issuer consists of sole Director, namely Wong Su Yen Caroline and Rupavathy A/P A.V. Govindasamy.
