Due to an inadvertent omission, the Appendix 1, Form 8.3 of the UK Takeover Code on the Regulatory News Service of the London Stock Exchange as indicated in the Disclosure Announcement was not attached. Accordingly, the said Form 8.3 is attached hereto as Appendix 1.

The admission and listing of the Company on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "Listing") was sponsored by Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch.
