Mr Daryl Ng is also the grandson of Mdm Tan Kim Choo who is a substantial shareholder of YHS and the spouse of the late Mr Ng Teng Fong.

Mr Daryl Ng is the cousin of Mr Edward Averrill Ng Yong Sheng, who is a Non-Independent & Non-Executive Director of YHS appointed on 1 March 2024.
