To comply with Rule 210 (5)(d)(iv) of the SGX-ST Listing Rules and to facilitate the renewal of Independent Directors on the Board, Mr Tan Tong Guan will be retiring as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 25 April 2025, and he will concurrently relinquish his position as Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of Nominating Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.
