As part of the Group's continued efforts to strengthen the leadership team and succession planning, the Board, having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, and the qualifications, working experience and contributions of Mr. Chua Yong Chuan Kelvin ("Kelvin"), who is a member of the current management team, approved his appointment as Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 11 November 2021.

The appointment is executive. Kelvin shall be responsible for the overall management and oversight of the operations and resources of the Tenderfresh Group.
