Further to the circular issued to the Company's shareholders on 29 March 2017 ("Circular"), following Completion of the Proposed Transactions (both terms as defined in the Circular), Mr Tay Yew Khem has resigned as part of the reconstitution of the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tay Yew Khem as Director of the Company.
