Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the following disclosures:-

(1) "Information Disclosure of Material Facts of BSDE" regarding the issue of 7.25% senior notes due 2021 in the principal amount of US$50,000,000 by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE ("Disclosure I"); and

(2) "Information Disclosure to the Shareholders of BSDE in relation to Affiliated Party Transaction", published in Investor Daily newspaper, on 9 May 2018 ("Disclosure II").

Copies of Disclosure I in Bahasa Indonesia and its English translation, and Disclosure II in Bahasa Indonesia are attached.
