GRANT OF AWARD OF ORDINARY SHARES PURSUANT TO THE SGX PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN 2015 ("SGX PSP 2015")

In accordance with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual, Singapore Exchange Limited would like to announce the following grant of ordinary shares to its employees pursuant to the SGX PSP 2015:

Date of Grant: 17 August 2020

Total number of shares awarded: 732,200 shares

Market Price (last done price per share) of shares on the date of grant: $8.64

Number of shares granted to directors and controlling shareholders (and their associates), if any:
