IENOVA ANNOUNCES THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED AND RESTATED LETTER OF CREDIT FACILITY AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT.

Mexico City, December 22, 2021 Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.P.I. de C.V., ( IEnova ), announces that today it and its affiliate SEMPRA INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS, LP, executed an amended and restated letter of credit facility and reimbursement agreement (the "Amended Agreement ), which amends and restates in its entirety the letter of credit facility and reimbursement agreement executed on January 22, 2018 (the LOCF ).

The purpose of the Amended Agreement, among others, is to extend the term of the LOCF for an additional term of 5 (five) years and to include SEMPRA INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS, LP as an obligor.

Additionally, the Amended Agreement was executed with a syndicate formed by Banco Nacional de M xico, S.A., integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex ( Citibanamex ), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, BBVA M xico, S.A. Instituci n de Banca M ltiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA M xico, Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. Instituci n de Banca M ltiple, Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, Mizuho Bank, Ltd and Cr dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank New York Branch; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Citibanamex and Citibank, N.A., as letter of credit issuers; Citibanamex as administrative agent, and Delaware Trust Company, as tax withholding agent.
