We refer to our earlier announcement Issuer's Early Redemption (Call Option)' Announcement- SG220714MCALSM7N released on July 14, 2022 at 17:42:41 regarding the proposed early redemption of US$200,000,000 6% Senior Notes due 2024 (the Notes ).

We wish to inform you that on August 18, 2022, the Company has redeemed the US$200,000,000 Notes at a redemption price of 103% together with the accrued interest.

After the said redemption, the Notes have been paid in full and no amount remains outstanding under the Notes.

After the redemption and delisting of the above mentioned Notes (XS1958658509), we confirm that Jubilant Pharma Limited does not have any other securities listed on SGX.
