Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Pursuant to Clause 6.3 of the Notes Trust Deed dated 23 February 2018, we are giving notice of the following:
1. Change in authorised signatories of the Borrowers following the circular resolutions dated 27 January 2022 approving the appointment of Mr. Hendra Gunawan as the new President Director and reappointment of Mr. Jan Jacobus Blaauw as the Vice President Director / Chief Financial Officer of the Borrowers effectively as of 18 January 2022. Please find enclosed the letter dated 10 February 2022 from RLU;
2. Extension of Interest Period ending February 2022 to May 2022 and waiver of default in respect of non-payment of interest in February 2022. Please find enclosed the letter dated 10 February 2022 from RLU; and
3. The Annual Budget for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 from the Borrowers is not available as informed by RLU on 11 February 2022.
