Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 15 November 2021 (the Announcement ), in relation to the Company s partial repurchase of its senior notes. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement. The 2022 Note I in the aggregate principal amount of US$15,500,000 repurchased by the Company have been canceled in accordance with the terms of the 2022 Note I.
