We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company on August 05, 2024, have approved the allotment
of 95,000 Redeemable, Listed, Secured, Taxable and Rated Non-Convertible Debentures under the first tranche
NCDs aggregating to Rs. 950 crores, on private placement basis, on the terms and conditions as mentioned in
the Placement Memorandum - Key Information Document dated July 31, 2024 read with the Placement
Memorandum General Information Document dated April 24, 2024.

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.87% p.a., payable quarterly and will be listed on the debt market segment of
National Stock Exchange of India Limited
