Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) hereby releases FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 2022.
MC has also revised its consolidated earnings forecast and projected annual dividend for the year ending March 31, 2023 (April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023).
Additionally, MC has announced that its meeting held today, and the Board of Directors passed a resolution to revise its annual dividend forecast and to repurchase its common stock and cancel tresuary stocks. Please refer to the attached documents for details.
