Mega Newco Limited, a subsidiary of Operadora de Servicios Mega, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.R. (the "Issuer") has today issued a practice statement letter addressed to holders of 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") in respect of a proposed scheme of arrangement pursuant to Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006 in order to facilitate the implementation of the restructuring of the Issuer's liabilities under the Notes.
