Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
The tenure for Mr. Maneesh Tripathi ("Mr. Tripathi") to act as Interim Group Chief Executive Officer ("Interim Group CEO") was until 31 March 2022 (please refer to the announcement made by the Company on 28 January 2022) which was subsequently extended. Mr. Tripathi had expressed his intentions to step down as Interim Group CEO and to pursue his previous commitments before his undertaking as Interim Group CEO and on 18 April 2022, the Nominating Committee ("NC") and the Board has accepted and agreed to his cessation as Interim Group CEO with effect from 19 April 2022. He will continue to serve on the Board as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Please refer to the announcement made by the Company on the same date regarding the appointment of Chief Executive Officer.
