This is to inform you that pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Master Restructuring Agreement dated June 29, 2016 Supplemental MRA to the Master Restructuring Agreement dated March 30, 2012, the Company has allotted 1,34,68,574 One Crore Thirty Four Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Four equity shares of Rs.10 each on a preferential basis to SREI Equipment Finance Limited on April 19, 2017 upon their accession to the Supplemental MRA on March 2, 2017.
Request you to note that this allotment is subject to the lock-in requirements as stated in the Securities and Exchange Board of India Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time with regard to Preferential Issue of equity shares.
