The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSD"), a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the following disclosures (the "Disclosures"):-

(1) "Disclosure of Information PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk" regarding the issue of US$225,000,000 6.75% senior notes due 2020 by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSD; and

(2) "Disclosure of Information to the Shareholders of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk in relation to the Affiliated Party Transaction", published in Investor Daily newspaper, on Wednesday, 29 April 2015.
