The Board of Directors of Thakral Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Chan Lai Yin as a Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 November 2015 in place of Ms Tay Chee Wah who resigned as a Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 November 2015.

The above change is due to a change in personnel of the corporate secretarial service provider. Following the change, the Company Secretaries of the Company are:-
