| Additional Text | The Directors propose, subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 January 2019, a final dividend of 6.2 cents (2017: 6.2 cents) per share, to be paid on 20 February 2019. |

| Registration Details | Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 February 2019 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
Notice is hereby given that the share registers will be closed from 8 February 2019 to 11 February 2019 for the preparation of dividend warrants. |
