Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): EWith reference to regulation, enclosed is the Postal Ballot Notice dated 25th September, 2024 for seeking approval of the Members of the Company through remote e-voting for appointment of Dr. Vikas Balia (DIN: 00424524) as an Independent Director (Special Resolution).
The remote e-voting will commence on Friday, 27th September, 2024 (9:00 a.m. IST) and will end on Saturday, 26th October, 2024 (5:00 p.m. IST). The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on or before Monday, 28th October, 2024.
