IENOVA ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN ITS MANAGEMENT


Mexico City, September 2, 2020 Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. ( IEnova ) informs that its Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Manuela ( Nelly ) Molina Peralta, will be joining Sempra Energy as Vice President of Investor Relations and that in her place, Mr. Carlos Mauer D az Barriga was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Jorge Alberto Molina Casellas was appointed as the new Chief Development Officer, replacing Mr. Carlos Mauer.
