Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Tan Yu Heng ("Mr Tan") has tendered his resignation as the Financial Controller ("FC") of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.

After having interviewed Mr Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tan as the FC of the Company. The Company is currently searching for a suitable replacement and will make the necessary announcement in due course.

In addition, there is no concern with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Tan and there is no disagreement between Mr Tan and the Management of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
