This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on August 11, 2016, has approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Please find enclosed herewith copy of Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Certificate for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.

We wish to further inform that Mr. Padmanabhan Iyer, Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has also been appointed as Managing Director with immediate effect. He shall now be designated as Managing Director and Global CEO of the Company.
