Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Company wishes to announce that:
-as at 12 p.m. (London time) on 19 October 2018 (the "Expiration Deadline"), US$28,922,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes have been validly offered for sale (and not validly withdrawn) pursuant to the Offer, representing approximately 14.46% of the principal amount of Notes outstanding;
-the Acceptance Amount shall be US$28,922,000, representing the full amount of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes that have been validly offered for sale (and not validly withdrawn) and accepted by the Company for purchase on the Settlement Date;
-the Purchase Price shall be 95.0 per cent. of the nominal amount of the Notes that are validly tendered by the Expiration Deadline and accepted by the Company for purchase pursuant to the Offer; and
-no Scaling Factor will be applied.

The Settlement Date is expected to be on or before 25 October 2018. All validly tendered Notes accepted for purchase by the Company will be cancelled subsequent to the Settlement Date.
