At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 21 May 2025, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend of Two Pesos and Eight Centavos (Php 2.08) per common share for all stockholders of record as of 10 June 2025. The payment date is set on 30 June 2025.

Source of dividend payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of 31 December 2024 less the capital adjustment as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
