Please refer to announcements of 22 April 2014, 21 July 2014, 1 September 2014, 2 October 2014, 8 October 2014, 17 October 2014 and 19 October 2014 on a call option to acquire up to 60% of the issued share capital of Starsmind Pte. Ltd.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Proposed Starsmind Acquisition has been completed today and 62,000,000 Consideration Shares were allotted and issued in connection with the exercise of the Call Option 4. The Consideration Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on or around 14 November 2014.
