Mr Eng Chiaw Koon is stepping down as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company to devote more time and attention to his personal endeavours, which is part of his plan to retire from the corporate world. The cessation of Mr Eng as a board member is also part of Board's reconstitution exercise as part of the Company's trading resumption efforts.

After having interviewed Mr Eng and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Eng as the Non-executive Director
