Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is in continuation to our intimation dated January 31, 2019 and May 13, 2019. In accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that the bond issue committee of the board of directors of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (the Company ) at its meeting held today i.e. on May 21, 2019, has, amongst others, approved the issue of USD 350 million 6.375 per cent payable semi annually (6.29% nominal monthly) Senior Secured Notes due May 2022 under the updated USD 1,500 million Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Company as per details mentioned in Annexure-I.
