Emperador Inc. ( EMI ), together with Emperador Distillers, Inc. ( EDI ), will guarantee the refinancing of an existing loan by its wholly-owned subsidiary Emperador International Ltd. ( EIL ) through a facility from a group of Lenders, with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. ( BBVA ), Singapore Branch, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ( BOC ) and DBS Bank Ltd. as the mandated lead arrangers, underwriters and bookrunners (the MLAUBs ), in the principal amount of EUR300,000, 000 (the New Facility ). BBVA and BOC also act as the Sustainability Coordinators.

The New Facility is a sustainability-linked loan ( SLL ) with two key performance indicators: (1) Reduction of EMI s Scope 1 and 2 GHG Emission Intensity and (2) Increase in Use of Renewable Electricity.
