(II). An additional US$70,000,000 principal amount of the Notes (ISIN Code XS1572363858) will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 10 March 2017.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are PCPDCap n4.75%220309S' and PCPDN22 respectively. The ISIN Code is XS1572363858.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act (the 'SFA').
