The board of directors (the "Board") of Eindec Corporation Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement dated 22 February 2024 on the Group's unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the six months and full year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY2023 Results Announcement").
The Board wishes to announce that due to inadvertent oversight, the Company noted some typographical and casting errors to the FY2023 Results Announcement ("Amendments"). Please refer to the attachment titled "Amendments to the FY2023 unaudited results announcement" for the Amendments.
Save for the Amendments, all other information contained in the FY2023 Results Announcement remains unchanged. A revised copy of the FY2023 Results Announcement following the Amendments has also been attached to this announcement.
This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), in accordance with Rule 226(2)(b) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist.
