Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Shi has tendered his resignation as CEO to pursue new personal business ventures. The Board of Directors (the "Board") has accepted his resignation, and his last day of service will be 31 August 2025.

The Executive Chairman, Mr Pan Shun Ming ("Mr Pan"), will assume the role of CEO with effect from 31 August 2025. The Company has released a separate announcement regarding Mr Pan's appointment as CEO.

During this period, Mr Shi will work closely with Mr Pan, Mr Pan ZhaoJin (Deputy CEO) and Mr Li YongHua (Chief Operating Officer), to ensure an orderly and smooth transition of his duties.

The Board and Management would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Mr Shi for his leadership and dedication during his tenure.
