Lendlease Europe Finance Plc (the Offeror ) today announced that it has commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash (the Tender Offer ) its outstanding GBP 250,000,000 3.50 per cent Fixed Rate Green Notes due 2033 (the "Notes") for up to GBP75,000,000 aggregate principal amount or such other amount as determined by the Offeror in its sole discretion (the Maximum Acceptance Amount ), subject to pro rata scaling, if applicable.
