Mr. Chua Wei Chye Lawrence ("Mr. Chua") has tendered his resignation to the Company, to pursue other career opportunity.

After having interviewed Mr. Chua and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement of cessation, there are no other material reasons for Mr. Chua's resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Chua, and there are no disagreements between Mr. Chua and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
