Ltd., as manager of Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (Manulife US REIT, and as manager of Manulife US REIT, the Manager), refers to its announcement dated 6 March 2020 in relation to the adoption of half-yearly reporting of financial statements with effect from the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (FY 2020). For FY 2020, we have reported our 1H 2020 financial results on Monday, 3 August 2020. The next financial results announcement will be in respect of the six-month period ending 31 December 2020.

As part of its regular stakeholder engagement initiatives and to keep unitholders updated on any material developments between the announcements of half-yearly financial statements, the Manager will provide operational updates for the third quarter ended 30 September 2020 on Thursday, 5 November 2020 before the market opens.
