Trafigura Group Pte. Ltd. (the "Offeror") has today launched an invitation to holders of its outstanding USD 800,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Perpetual Resettable Step-Up Subordinated Securities bearing ISIN: XS1582433428 (the "Securities"), to tender such Securities for purchase by the Offeror for cash (the "Tender Offer"). The Offer is being made on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the tender offer memorandum dated 13 September 2021 (the "Tender Offer Memorandum") and are subject to the tender offer and distribution restrictions set out below and as more fully described in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
