AC Infrastructure Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and a member of the Team Orion Consortium, together with Aboitiz Land, Inc., submitted a Motion to Intervene to the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines re: Consortium's bid on Cavite-Laguna Expressway. The Motion is being sought by the Consortium to allow it to participate in any proceedings to be conducted in conducted in connection with the stay order.
