Please be advised that a conditional voluntary tender offer to acquire the shares of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) has been announced (Tender Offer). The announcement is published on the website of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The Depository will not be participating in the Tender Offer. SDR holders who wish to participate in the Tender Offer must convert the SDR to the NVDR on AIS (Underlying NVDR) and have the Underlying NVDR delivered to their custodian for participation.
