Due to clerical oversight, shareholding of REVEZ Group Pte Ltd (before the transfer of shares to REVEZ Corporation Ltd) in Newood Design Pte Ltd and IOIO Lab Pte Ltd was erroneously stated as 80% and 51% respectively. The correct shareholding percentage should be 51% for Newood Design Pte Ltd and 80% for IOIO Lab Pte Ltd. Please refer to Announcement attached.
