The Offer was completed on November 20, 2020. The final aggregate principal amount of the Notes accepted for purchase pursuant to the Offer was US$125,530,000 (the Accepted Notes ), representing approximately 27.29% of the total aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes. The aggregate amount paid by the Company and the Parent Guarantor to holders of the Accepted Notes for repurchase of the Accepted Notes is approximately US$129,126,783.25 (which includes the Accrued Interest Payment).

The Accepted Notes will be cancelled. After the cancellation, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes which remains outstanding is US$334,470,000.
