Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR") wishes to announce that PT SMART Tbk, a subsidiary of GAR listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), has today published abridged additional information in Bahasa Indonesia, in relation to the issuance for Phase II of a IDR5 trillion Shelf-Registered Bond Programme V called SMART SHELF-REGISTERED BOND V PHASE II YEAR 2026 (OBLIGASI BERKELANJUTAN V SMART TAHAP II TAHUN 2026) ("Bond") and the issuance for Phase II of a IDR2.5 trillion Shelf-Registered Sukuk Ijarah I called SMART SHELF-REGISTERED SUKUK IJARAH I PHASE II YEAR 2026 (SUKUK IJARAH BERKELANJUTAN I SMART TAHAP II TAHUN 2026) ("Sukuk") on the IDX.

PT SMART Tbk will raise IDR672,000,000,000 (IDR Six Hundred and Seventy Two Billion) for the Bond and IDR528,000,000,000 (IDR Five Hundred and Twenty Eight Billion) for the Sukuk. The listing of the Bond and Sukuk on IDX is expected on 5 February 2026.
